Disneyland Resort Celebrates Haunted Mansion's 50th Anniversary with New Spooktacular Offerings

The Haunted Mansion at Disneyland park is celebrating its 50th anniversary! What better way to celebrate this occasion than having a frightfully delicious array of food offerings?! The Disneyland chefs have materialized creative food themed specifically for this beloved attraction. These items will be available starting August 9, 2019.

The Long Forgotten Duelist Tacos: Grilled fajita beef and braised butter chicken atop of two fry bread tacos served with Mexican rice and pickled vegetables.

Dead-cadent Funnel Cake: Classic funnel cake with a rich chocolate brownie topped with raspberry ice cream and garnished with chocolate pearls.

The Caretaker: Crispy pork belly that has been seasoned with house spices and layered with BBQ sauce, grilled onions, cheese sauce, house-made pickles and finished off with crispy slaw. Served on a potato roll with french fries.

Sliders Materialize!: Two variations of pork belly. First slider is a spicy pork belly served on a toasted brioche bun, topped with crisp cabbage slaw and pomegranate vinaigrette. The second slider is a savory pork belly served on a toasted brioche bun with black pepper bacon mayo, butter lettuce, cherry tomato, and topped with a crispy bacon “spike.”

“Hitchhiking” Ghost Blue Velvet cake: Ghostly blue velvet cake with blueberry puree, paired with a rice croquette brittle and vanilla crisp.
