The Haunted Mansion at Disneyland park is celebrating its 50th anniversary! What better way to celebrate this occasion than having a frightfully delicious array of food offerings?! The Disneyland chefs have materialized creative food themed specifically for this beloved attraction. These items will be available starting August 9, 2019.

The Long Forgotten Duelist Tacos: Grilled fajita beef and braised butter chicken atop of two fry bread tacos served with Mexican rice and pickled vegetables.

Bride Churro: Disney said it perfectly, “Elegantly-dressed churro in a bouquet of vanilla and sugar.”

Dead-cadent Funnel Cake: Classic funnel cake with a rich chocolate brownie topped with raspberry ice cream and garnished with chocolate pearls.

The Caretaker: Crispy pork belly that has been seasoned with house spices and layered with BBQ sauce, grilled onions, cheese sauce, house-made pickles and finished off with crispy slaw. Served on a potato roll with french fries.

We’ve BEAN Dying to MEAT You!: Spiced Stew of pork sausage, oxtails, and kidney beans with Louisiana popcorn rice.

Dynamite Seafood Hushpuppies: Spicy shrimp, tasso ham, and corn hush puppies served with a Bloody Mary aïoli and greens.

Opera Singer Cake: A almond sponge cake with coffee layered with chocolate ganache, chocolate glaze, coffee buttercream, Chantilly cream, and finished off with raspberry sauce.

Sarah ‘Sally’ Slater’s Swamp Fries: Sweet potato fries topped with crawfish étouffée, chorizo, clams, tomatoes, sweet corn and topped with green onion.

Swinging Wake Cake: Chocolate and vanilla layered sponge cake with a caramel-banana filling encased in caramel buttercream frosting with a sugar candle on top.

Sliders Materialize!: Two variations of pork belly. First slider is a spicy pork belly served on a toasted brioche bun, topped with crisp cabbage slaw and pomegranate vinaigrette. The second slider is a savory pork belly served on a toasted brioche bun with black pepper bacon mayo, butter lettuce, cherry tomato, and topped with a crispy bacon “spike.”

“Hitchhiking” Ghost Blue Velvet cake: Ghostly blue velvet cake with blueberry puree, paired with a rice croquette brittle and vanilla crisp.
