Enchanted Rose, The New 'Beauty and the Beast' Themed Bar, Releases Full New Menu

Disney recently announced that a Beauty and the Beast inspired lounge would be taking the place of Mizner’s Lounge at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. We finally have a name for the lounge that has been inspired by the Disney’s live-action movie- Enchanted Rose.
Enchanted Rose will be located on the second floor of the main lobby and will feature four unique spaces that have been inspired by Belle and the Beast. The first room is the lounge which will showcase an elegant chandelier that was inspired by Belle’s ball gown, followed by a formal library that Beast gifted Belle and will have the charming baroque details and French furnishings as seen in the movie. Honoring the enchanted forest that hid the castle from Belle’s provincial town is the garden room and the last themed room will be the outdoor patio that resembles Beast’s garden terrace where the couple fell in love.
An all-new menu for Enchanted Rose was announced that will feature shareable bites. Here are a few highlighted items:
Artisanal cheese selection with pine nut spread and raisins
White sturgeon caviar paired with egg timbale, crème fraiche, and chives
Mini Smoked Short Rib Sliders with glacier blue cheese and topped with onion marmalade served on brioche buns
Espelette Pepper-spiced Shrimp
Octopus a la Plancha served with black olives, blistered tomatoes, and a side of fingerling potatoes
Crab and Gnocchetti Gratin- Jumbo Lump crab mixed with gnocchetti sardi, robiola bosina mornay and topped with citrus breadcrumbs
Truffle Fries
Flatbread pizza topped with charred broccolini, seasonal mushrooms, fennel sausage, ricotta salata, and tomato confits
The drink menu has a wide range of options like martinis and hand mixed cocktails as well as beer, cider, and spirits. There will also be non-alcoholic options on the beverage menu. In the lounge, a vast collection of wine and Champagne will be available by the glass.

Island Rose- Grapefruit and rose vodka mixed with lime orgeat, pineapple, bitters and rose water
Lavender Fog- Dry gin and crème de violette mixed with English breakfast tea,vanilla, and cream
Garden Daisy- Tequila, midori, lime, cucumber, and egg white
Featured Non-alcoholic Mocktails
Garden Cocktail- Non-alcoholic spirit mixed with lime juice, agave nectar, and soda
B&B- Fresh-brewed iced tea with lemon, blueberry, and basil
Rosemary Cooler- Odwalla lemonade, vanilla, and rosemary
The opening date of Enchanted Rose has not been released but will be projected to open this fall at Disney’s Grand Floridian Hotel & Spa.
