Regal Eagle Smokehouse Coming Soon to Epcot- Celebrating American BBQ

The new restaurant at Epcot has been named and Disney has released more juicy information about the new good ol’ American BBQ joint coming to the America Pavilion. Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue will be a fast-casual restaurant serving up traditional American backyard style fare from all around the United States. 

The menu will have a wide variety of options including sandwiches, platters, and plant-based options. Here are some of the menu items that will be featured:

• South Carolina Smoked Sausage Sandwich- with tangy mustard sauce and caramelized onions

• Texas Beef Brisket- with house-made spicy mop sauce on garlic toast

• Kansas City Smoked Chicken 

• Memphis Dry-Rub Pork Ribs

• North Carolina Chopped Smoked Pork Butt

• Power Greens Salad- with chilled pulled chicken with fresh citrus and a citrus vinaigrette 

• All-American Burger- with BBQ pork and topped with a fried onion ring served on garlic toast

• Plant-Based BBQ Burger- with plant-based patty topped with BBQ jackfruit served on a vegan garlic toast

Sides Options

• French Fries

• Beer-Battered Onion Rings

• Mac and Cheese

• Baked Beans with Burnt Ends

• House-made Pickles

• Creamy Slaw

Like every barbecue joint, there has to be a variety of sauces to slather your entree (from tangy to sweet and somewhere in-between) Disney made sure there would be something for everyone! The sauce line up: spicy mop sauce, sweet BBQ, tangy mustard, and a vinegar-based sauce.

Even the kiddos will have their own special menu where they can create a barbecue platter to fill up their little tummies. The menu includes a burger, BBQ chicken leg or chicken salad, BBQ ribs all served with their choice of two sides. 

Every backyard barbecue has to end with dessert, right? The delightful dessert options are banana pudding, s’mores brownie, and a cup of fresh watermelon topped with torn mint.  

Drooling yet? We are not even finished yet, we have to talk about all the thirst quenching beverages available! Which all-American beverages pair with delicious BBQ? Beer and cider of course, but not just any beer and cider, these will be from only around the United States. Wines from the west coast will be available as well as specialty regional cocktails served with or without alcohol like the Tennessee Lemonade Cocktail or a non-alcoholic Berry Sparkler. There will also be an outdoor seating area where you can find an outside bar serving craft brews on draft.

Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue will be opening this winter at The American Adventure in Epcot. More information will be released soon, so stay tuned.
